The **LEAN Mechanical Designer Jr **provide engineering solutions to production needs, support areas and plant maintenance; through the mechanical design and 3D modeling of prototypes, tooling, spare parts and fixtures, under LEAN principles. Ensure that internal customer requirements are processed and documented in a standard manner, and that they meet quality criteria; through technical drawings with specifications of tolerances, finishes, assembly and materials. Generate savings through the manufacture of functional designs that offer cost and quality advantages over external suppliers.

**His/Her main responsibilities are**:

- LCA-Karakuri
- Design and implementation of LCA solutions
- Assurance of savings and improvement of KPIs
- TPM and 5s
- Strategic projects and New Launches
- ESH - Energy

**Required profile**:

- Mechanical Engineer
- At least 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design and 3D Modeling (CAD), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Blueprint Interpretation, Requirements Engineering, CAD/CAM Integration, Machine Tools, Computer Numerical Control (CNC), Properties of materials, heat treatments.
- Experience managing projects, time management.
- Works team management
