Accounting Manager

Para lograr esto, estamos buscando a un ACCOUNTING MANAGER excepcional, que sea capaz de Ejecutar todos los procedimientos operacionales para otorgar un servicio al cliente con calidad, cumpliendo nuestros estándares de servicio. **Requerimientos**:
Estudios minimos de carrera profesional, perfiles Contador Público preferentemente o bien perfiles administrativos com fuerte experiência contable
Fuerte experiência en contabilidad, cuentas por cobrar, pagar, tesorería, y control de inventarios.
Experiência/conocimientos en comercio exterior/aduanas en un plus
Experiência en empresas transnacionales
Manejo de ERP, Oracle es un plus
Sistemas de gestión
Acostumbrado a trabajar con altos estandares de seguridad.
Dominio del idioma inglés, capaz de emitir reportes y atender reuniones en ese idioma.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:
Como un Accounting Manager, trabajarás en equipo y contribuirás a lograr otorgar un servicio de excelencia a nuestros clientes, entre tus responsabilidades tendrás:
Emitir los estados financieros.
Procesar y proveer información financiera fidedigna a quien corresponda
Coordinar la elaboración y ejecución de las contribuciones estatales, federales y municipales
Elaborar la planeación financiera fiscal
Administrar el presupuesto proporcionando información periódica del estatus del mismo para su cumplimiento
Coordinar que el sistema ERP esta actualizado.
Coordinar los cierres mensuales y anuales
Administración de los activos.
Asegurar que la administración de los proveedores sea en tiempo y forma.
Planear y desarrollar sistemas, políticas y cualquier actividad que pueda eficientar la administración de las finanzas
Coordinar la administración de la nomina
Es responsable del desarrollo del personal a su cargo cumpliendo con los procesos asignados por la empresa
Coordinar las auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con el área de Finanzas.
Administrar los contratos de concesión de las terminales
Coordinar la administración eficiente de los proveedores que prestan servicios
