Quality Supervisor

Objetivo: Coordinar el cumplimiento de expectativas y requerimientos de calidad asi como del servicio de clientes internos mediante la mejora continua. Definir sistemas y facilitar metodologías que prevengan y corrijan de forma efectiva aquellas desviaciones a las expectativas del cliente. Proveer soluciones a la organización mejorando continuamente el desempeño de los procesos dentro del sistema de calidad. Responsable del proceso de Aseguramiento de Calidad.
**Requisitos**:
- Ingeniería concluida en Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.
- Preferente experiência en industria automotriz y/ metalmecánica.
- Inglés Avanzado, comprobable hablado y escrito.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de calidad Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP y estadística avanzada SPC).
- Indispensable experiência en implementación y administración de IATF 16949.
- Conocimientos avanzados en herramientas de solución de problemas.
- Experiência en manejo de personal.
