Workplace Options is seeking a
**Network Sourcing Specialist **to join our team in Mexico.
** This is a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office (Monterrey) working.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Recruit mental health professionals for _WPO’s network of providers of mental health services (counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists, wellness coaches and trainers) throughout South America.
- Conduct Primary Source Verification on provider licenses and malpractice coverage.
- Maintain accurate and up to date provider files.
- Identify clients’ needs and match the appropriate provider with client using our proprietary database._
- Utilize our proprietary case management system to assist clients, and conduct provider searches.
- Perform ad hoc recruitment of providers for client-specific areas.
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with the production and quality guidelines set by management.
- Assist the Billing Team with various tasks.
- Respond to special requests from clients and providers in a timely fashion.
- Adhere to HIPAA and any other applicable privacy regulations.
- Other delegated responsibilities and specially assigned duties, as management deems necessary.

**Qualifications**:
- Sales experience preferred.
