Key Responsibilities:
1. Elaborar los planes de implementación a nível comunitario de los componentes de educación y comunicación Proyecto Campos de Esperanza-EQUAL en el área de trabajo asignado.

II. Elaborar requisiciones de materiales y logística de manera oportuna y completa para la implementación de las actividades planificadas y comprobación oportuna de gastos.

III. Elaboración de estrategia comunitaria para la implementación de las metodologías del componente de educación como son Tutoría Solidaria, librerías móviles, El Reto y Reto Jr, Otras de acuerdo a los objetivos del proyecto.

IV. Elaboración de estrategia comunitaria para la implementación de las metodologías del componente de comunicación como lo es Diálogos comunitarios, CVA y campañas de comunicación.

V. Cumplimiento de la política de protección de la niñez de World Vision durante la implementación de actividades comunitarias.

VI. Reclutamiento y acompañamiento de voluntariado que participarán en las acciones de educación, sensibilización y actualización de datos de beneficiarios del programa.

VII. Colaborar de manera estrecha en las actividades de monitoreo y evaluación realizadas por el Programa Campos de Esperanza.

VIII. Mostrar compromiso y alineación con la filosofía organizacional, actitud para proteger a la niñez, con la política de protección a la niñez, manejo confidencial de la información relacionada con el puesto y con la de la organización, y participar en medidas de seguridad propias y de otras personas cuando así se requiera.
