Objetivo del puesto:
Supervisar y coordinar a todos los responsables de la ejecución de la obra para cumplir con el programa de obra en tiempo, calidad, costo y dentro de los estándares de seguridad.

Principal responsable de que la obra se cumpla en cuestiones de tiempo y calidad. Encargado de la planeación de la obra. Se debe anticipar oportunamente a las necesidades del proyecto global y por actividad.

Funciones o actividades:

- Presentar el proyecto al equipo de trabajo
- Planear la ejecución
- Desarrollar el proyecto
- Iniciar la ejecución física del Proyecto
- Ejecutar

- Procedimientos constructivos para naves industriales
- Construcción de pisos industriales
- Construcción de muros tilt-up
- Construcciones de concreto
- Estructuras de concreto y estructuras metálicas
- Terracerías
- Cubierta de lámina engargolada
- Cubierta de lámina como diafragma
- Impermeabilización con membranas termoplásticas
- Construcción de pavimentos de concreto
- Construcción de pavimentos asfálticos
- Sistemas de tablaroca
- Instalación de acabados
- Instalaciones eléctricas, hidrosanitarias, sistema contra incendio y aire acondicionado.
- Topografía
- MS Office
- MS Project
- Autocad

**Requisitos**:
+ 5 años de experiência en ramo de construcción

Inglés intermedio (conversacional)

Lugar de trabajo: Ensenada, Baja California
