**RST Process Engineer

**What You Will Do**:

- Is responsible for controlling the production process of his/her lines and based on this, defining the standards to follow in the production line.
- Analyzes existing production processes and develops recommendations for method changes or sequences of operation that minimize risks, costs and waste of work; increases yields and productivity; improves the quality as well as the consistency of the finish products.
- Establishes, supervises and improves processes according to the statistical control methodologies, through quality tools that the organization managed.
- Leads the CILT(Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication and Tight) system, CL (Centerline) and is responsible for the compliance with operating procedures, work instructions and operating specifications supported by the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Is responsible for educating and training the operators for achieving the rules and procedures established.
- Is responsible for analyzing the losses recorded in Plain.
- Participates in the DOM meeting (daily operations meeting) with complete information (detailed and with evidence) on the results of the previous day.
- Establishes the priorities of the process to achieve the KPI´s, determines standards and integrates them. to systems using root cause analysis.
- Follows established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes necessary to manufacture and develop products that comply whit the quality standards and the cost of the organization.
- Ensures compliance with product specifications, participates in the development of new processes production, setting the new standards, estimating the time requirements for each stage.
- Is responsible for complying and enforcing safety and quality standards, procedures and policies.

**Who You Are**:
**Education: Mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, automation or electromechanical engineering (essential)**:
**Language: English basic, translate text and conversational basic (essential)**:
**Experience: 2 years or more in a similar position**:
**Knowledge: essential in statistics, understanding of variables and attributes, safety, quality, management of production processes, continuous improvement (TPM, Kaizen, 5S, AMEF, SMED, etc.) Schedule availability.**
**People management skills**
**SAP management**:
**inventory and material flow.**
