As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the customer service processes at one company, always focused on delivering customer satisfaction while complying with procedures and rules set by the company and being responsible for fulfilling customers’ needs.

**The main activities for this position are**:

- Communicate with customers via phone. Always keeping a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the services, collections, and availability.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Data entry in various platforms.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Admin work.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Experience using different software.
- Advanced English.
