Maintenance Supervisor

**Job Description Summary**

Comunica las expectativas del trabajo, planifica, monitorea y evalua las contribuciones al trabajo, y recomienda acciones de compensación, siguiendo políticas y procedimientos definidos.
- Realiza los requisitos de mantenimiento orientando, asignando y entrenando a los empleados.
- Cumple con los estándares de mantenimiento siguiendo los estándares de productividad y calidad; resolver problemas.
- Trabaja con un equipo funcional para cumplir con los estándares de costo implementando acciones de ahorro de costos.
- Cumplimiento de los planes de operaciones de turno recibiendo el informe operacional del turno anterior y asignando recursos, además de cumplir con el plan operacional actual.
- Finaliza las operaciones de turno mediante el monitoreo de los servicios de mantenimiento, la reasignación de recursos y la resolución de problemas operacionales.
- Documenta los servicios de mantenimiento completando formularios, informes, registros, asegurando la exactitud de los datos.
- Contribuye al mantenimiento y al éxito de la organización acogiendo solicitudes relacionadas, diferentes y nuevas; ayudando a otros a lograr resultados de trabajo.

- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy maintenance environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; immediately addressing issues and alerting others regarding potential concerns.
- Supervises maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates. Communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to defined policies and procedures.
- Accomplishes maintenance requirements by orienting, assigning, and coaching employees.
- Meets maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards; resolving problems.
- Works with a cross functional team to meet cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions.
- Fulfills shift operations plans by receiving operational report from previous shift and allocating resources, in addition to fulfilling current operational plan.
- Completes shift operations by monitoring maintenance services, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.
- Documents maintenance services by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, ensuring accuracy of data.
- Contributes to maintenance and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
