ABOUT THE JOB
As People Partner, you will play a key role in driving critical HR business topics, change programme initiatives and successful business transformation. Working within Operations & Delivery area you will focus on enabling business strategy by delivering great people approaches.
You will support in building and enhancing our people manager’s capability, questioning, and challenging others to get to the root of our people and business issues. You will provide coaching and give feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
You will business partner stakeholders to initiate and encourage ideas and suggested solutions to enhance employee engagement, revenue streams, retention and talent and improve business efficiency whilst considering the budget limitation and our company culture.
You will support talent management initiatives to develop and retain high performers and high potential employees during this change program.
Ultimately, you will enjoy working in a diverse, complex environment. You will build effective relationships, business knowledge and trust and work together with business stakeholders to identify commercial, pragmatic and consistent HR solutions.
ABOUT YOU
Experienced international HR professional
Cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
Understanding of international HR best practices and regulations
A customer-focused outlook with a high level of discretion and professionalism
Experience in stakeholder management and influencing effectively on all levels
Proven track record of operating effectively in an ambiguous fast paced constantly changing environment
Experience of working as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner in North America would be desirable
