General & Senior Farm Hands

There are two properties - one in Central Victoria and one in North West Victoria. Accommodation is on the Central Victoria property and close to all services (schools, shopping, sporting cloubs etc) Machinery is transported to the North West Victoria property for Hay Harvest as required.

**Role 1**
- All-encompassing in relation to cropping; spraying, seeding, harvest and all associated tasks
- Machine operations and general maintenance - SP Sprayer, Air Seeder, Header operations
- Fencing, maintenance and any other ön farm"tasks as required

Essential requirements
- Minimum HC Truck licence and be willing to upgrade to an MC
- Machine operations for cropping
- Experience in John Deere operations, including RTK GPS/Autosteer
- Mechanical aptitude to be able to troubleshoot and report issues to the owner and on farm Mechanic

You will have at least three years experience of seeding and harvest operations (operating cropping machines, including SP Sprayers)

The salary for this role is starting at $85,000 p/a (depending on experience) plus accommodation and a work vehicle is provided (package negotiable)

**Role 2**

**Essential requirements**:

- All-encompassing in relation to cropping; spraying, seeding, harvest and all associated tasks
- Machine operation and general maintenance

**Desirable requirement**:
An Agricultural background is preferred with some seeding and harvest experience

The salary for this role is $70,000 (depending on experience)

- Basic machine operating experience

- Quick learner and eye for detail
- Can use initiative
- Can work autonomously and in a team environment
- Can follow direction
- Have mechanical aptitude
