Job Description:
EHS Analyst

Huntsman is seeking a EHS Analyst supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Tlalnepantla, Mexico. This position will report to the EHS Coordinator.

Job Scope

EHS Analyst will ensure compliance with EHS objectives, programs, and standards. This position requires a broad level of familiarity with legal obligations according to Mexican law, occupational health, process concepts, best practices for maximizing cultural relevance and procedures related to the EHS or a related occupational health, and the ability to make recommendations on the direction of content and achieve goals.

As the EHS Analyst you will be responsible for:

- Global PU Zero Harm activities
- BBS Program
- Work permits.
- Safe Job Analysis.
- 60 second evaluations with associates and contractors.
- Gap analysis for Safe Systems of Work procedures implementation.
- Update EHS Procedures. Review & Verification.
- Coordination of trainings.
- Annual medical evaluations.
- Daily active breaks program.
- Renewal of the Safe and Healthy Work Environments (ELSSA) program effective Jul 19, 2024.
- Monthly health talks.
- Annual health diagnosis and development of health program and controls.
- Clinical history (interrogation, physical examination, laboratory results, diagnosis, prognosis, therapeutic indication).
- Evolution medical notes (evolution and update of the clinical picture, vital signs, relevant results, diagnosis or clinical problems, prognosis, treatment, and medical indications).
- Medical notes (diagnostic criteria, study plan, diagnostic suggestions, and treatment).
- Training to new personal income for associates/contractors.
- Health/vaccination campaigns.
- Medical evaluations before height permits.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience:_
- Desirable 1 - 2 years working in occupational health.
- Education_:

- Career completed: Bachelor's Degree in occupational health or process safety engineering.
