**Resposabilidades**
- Resolución de problemas con método de investigación organizado e.g. DMAIC (A3), Ishikawa, 5 porqués
- Apoyo al área y seguimiento en acciones de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente
- Soporte en la gestión del sistema ISO 45001 Y 14001
- Implementación y Seguimiento de estrategias para la reducción de incidentes.
- Cumplimientos y seguimiento en los estándares de corporativo
- Participar en proyectos de ahorro de costo y optimización de recursos.
- Participar y documentar los cambios de procesos.
- Generación y participación en análisis de riesgo en los procesos de fabricación, empaque y administrativos del sitio “Kenmex”
- Promover la aplicación de las medidas de seguridad necesarias para prevenir accidentes, enfermedades profesionales y contingencias ambientales dentro de la empresa.
- Notificación de actos, condiciones inseguras y riesgos ambientales observados en cualquier área de la empresa.
- Cumplir las medidas de Seguridad, Salud y control ambiental establecidas en el RTI.
- Apoyo en las actividades del departamento.
- Elaboración de procedimientos de Seguridad, así como impartir capacitación y desarrollar manuales (EHS)
- Actualizar Matrices de capacitación y adiestramiento
- Elaborar matrices de riesgo ambientales, Seguridad y salud ocupacional
- Seguimiento a los programas de Seguridad (LOTO, MACHINE GUARDING,)
- Elaborar JHA, Risk assessment, MOC,
- Coordinar entrenamientos de EHS así como BRIGADISTAS, planes de contingencia y Evacuación
- Dar soporte a áreas de producción, calidad, en actividades de desarrollo en EHS

**_ Requisitos Mínimos_**
- Licenciatura o Ingenieria Quimica, Bioquimica
- +3 años de experiência en puesto similar.
