ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

**Position Summary**
This position will provide the analytical support to the Payroll Supervisor based in Silao required to make sure to control all activities required for the correct and timely calculation and payment of the payroll of the company, ensuring the accounting for such transactions and payments within the legal terms of taxes and contributions on labor matters develop these activities an efficient manner so as to ensure that the company has recognized in its accounts all obligations.

**Key Duties And Responsibilities**
- Review and post into the Payroll system the employee’s payroll incidences for each payroll period (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Extraordinary)
- File and Management of the payroll receipts
- Termination and Severance Payments Calculation
- Prepare special reports and participation and project support as the need arises
- Assignation and Delivery of Bank’s Debit Card for Payroll payments and Food Coupons Card to the staff of the company
- Submission of the Social Security (IMSS) notices (Hires, Salary Modifications, and Terminations)
- Provide support in the preparation and Submission of Annual Risk Grade IMSS and Annual Wages and Salaries Report
- Administration of IMSS Medical Justification
- Provide support taking care of the labor authorities’ requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT) as well as the information required by the external auditors
- Calculate Payroll Taxes and coordinate their payment
- Ensure proper accounting of the Payroll and related taxes
- Attend all the associates’ requests and make all the clarifications to their doubts about the payroll payments

Bachelor’s Degree

**Education Desired**
Bachelor’s Degree

**Other Certifications Required Or Desired**
Accounting or Finance or any administration related career

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

**Work Experience Required**
- 1 - 2 years experience required
- 2 - 3 years experience desired
