**EHS Manager - JRZ
**Objetivo**:
Administrar, supervisar e implementar programas de Energía, Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente que cumplan las políticas y lineamientos que marcan las dependencias gubernamentales mexicanas, la empresa y corporativo.

**Responsabilidades**
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir la Política de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad y la Política Energética del Corporativo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas aplicables de la STPS, los lineamientos de las Agencias Ambientales Gubernamentales Federales, Estatales y Locales aplicables.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas de Energía, Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad (EEHS) establecidas por el Corporativo, desarrollo e implementación de programas de eficiencia energética, disminución de accedentabilidad y disminución de impacto ambiental.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento con los requerimientos internos establecidos por el Corporativo.
- Cumplir con las actividades legales calendarizadas en el sistema de cumplimiento en la plataforma digital del Corportativo materia de medio ambiente, seguridad y energía.
- Cumplir con el plan de monitoreo de Higiene Industrial y verificar que se lleve a cabo la vigilancia médica aplicable de acuerdo a los resultados.
- Asegurar que los residuos peligrosos sean manejados, segregados y almacenados en el almacén de R.P. para su disposición final.
- Proporcionar asistencia técnica en material ambiental y de seguridad a quien lo solicite
- Establecer un plan para la prevención de accidentes y coordinar el equipo de investigación cuando ocurra alguno de ellos.
- Reportar los resultados en el Sistema EHS Metrics, incluir los accidentes recordables y no recordables en el Incident Management System, Safety Scorecard, Solicitudes de PEHSR (Desarrollo de proyectos y evaluación de los proyectos) y demás sistemas de EHS.
- Asegurar se realicen las inspecciones de EHS y energía, dar seguimiento a los resultados.
- Verificar la efectividad de las acciones implementadas derivado de las No Conformidades registradas en el Tracking System.
- Asegurar que la Planta realice las actividades necesarias para el mantenimiento del Certificado en ISO14001/ISO 45001.
- Asegurar la actualización del Sistema de Administración de MASS Gestión de la Energía, Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad (SGEAMASS).
- Asegurar que los controles operacionales de Energía, Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad sean eficientes para que los riesgos de fatalidad relacionados con estos se mantengan en níveles insignificantes.
- Cumplir con los requerimientos ambientales, de seguridad, salud y energía expuestos en la legislación Federal, Estatal y Municipal y regulaciones aplicables relacionados a nuestras actividades y productos para cumplir con los procedimientos EMASS (Energía, Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad) inherentes a su posición de trabajo. Así como aquellos requisitos de EHS (Medio Ambiente, Salud,Seguridad y Energía) establecidos por la comunidad, nuestros clientes y otros a los cuales estamos suscritos.
- Contribuir a la eficacia del Sistema de Gestión de la Energía, Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad incluyendo el logro de los Objetivos y Metas EMASS.
- Atención y cumplimiento a auditorias de las diversas autoridades internacionales, federales, estatales, municipales y otros requerimientos.
- Atención y disminución de riesgos en las áreas relacionadas.

**Perfil Requerido**

**Educación y Experiência**:

- Licenciatura en el área de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad (Ingeniería Química, Ambiental, Industrial) o afín.
- 5 años de Experiência en el Área de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad en empresas del ramo.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência como Gerente EHS (preferente más no indispensable).

- Habilidades de gerenciamiento del Sistema de Gestión de Energía, Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad Administración de EHS (SGEMASS).
- Legislación y regulaciones Ambientales de Salud y Seguridad.
