**Responsabilidades**:
- Soporte al usuario: brinde soporte de primer nível a los usuarios de NetSuite al atender sus consultas, problemas y solicitudes relacionadas con la funcionalidad, el acceso y el uso del sistema.
- Gestión de datos: ayudar en las actividades de entrada, limpieza y migración de datos dentro del sistema NetSuite, asegurando la precisión y la integridad de la información.
- Mantenimiento del sistema: realice tareas rutinarias de mantenimiento del sistema, incluida la configuración de usuarios, la gestión de la seguridad, la asignación de roles y la personalización de formularios y campos.
- Documentación: mantenga la documentación de los procesos, procedimientos y configuraciones del sistema para garantizar una base de conocimiento integral para futuras referencias.
- Resolución de problemas: identifique y solucione errores o inconsistencias del sistema, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de TI o el soporte de NetSuite para resolver problemas técnicos.
- Generación de informes: ayude a generar informes y paneles básicos utilizando las herramientas de generación de informes de NetSuite para proporcionar a los usuarios información y conocimientos relevantes.
- Capacitación e incorporación: respalde la capacitación y la incorporación de nuevos usuarios, brindando orientación y asistencia para comprender y utilizar el sistema NetSuite de manera efectiva.
Experiência:
- Conocimiento de NetSuite: familiaridad con la plataforma NetSuite, incluida la comprensión de los módulos, características y funcionalidades básicos.
- Aptitud técnica: comprensión básica de los conceptos de bases de datos, gestión de datos y aplicaciones basadas en la web. El conocimiento de JavaScript o SuiteScript puede ser beneficioso.
- Atención a los detalles: gran atención a los detalles para garantizar una entrada de datos y una configuración del sistema precisas.
- Habilidades de comunicación: habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita efectivas para interactuar con los usuarios, comprender sus requisitos y proporcionar instrucciones o explicaciones claras.
- Habilidades de resolución de problemas: Habilidad para analizar y solucionar problemas del sistema, identificando las causas raíz y proponiendo soluciones apropiadas.
