**Thomson Reuters** is looking to add a** Senior Full Stack Engineer** to our **Digital Search Technology team**. The position requires someone to think independently and work well collaboratively across multiple disciplines, including working with various technology stacks (as needed). As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you can deliver high-quality work on time, in a fast-paced environment while collaborating and brainstorming with others in a dynamic team environment. A combination of solid planning, organization, time management skills, and handling multiple projects is critical. You will also contribute to the maintenance and support of production systems as necessary.

**About You**
- You are fit for the role of a_**_ Senior Full Stack Engineer_**_ if you have:_
- ** 4+ years of experience with technologies: Python/Node/Java, JavaScript, React, CSS and HTML 5,** and other core languages across the technology industry using Front-end & Server-side programming technologies
- Experience using Agile Methodologies primarily Scrum
- Design skills, including significant knowledge of core libraries and common design patterns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively
- Ability to write clean, readable code that is easy to understand
- Expertise using Object Oriented design patterns and software development methodologies
- Customer-first approach to software development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, Business Analysts, management, and business team members)

**Desired Experience**
- Experience using Search technologies such as Elastic Search, Sorl, Coveo, LucidWorks, ect..
- Managing code and changes in a team environment to include experience with source control utilities, such as Git
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
- Working and interacting with a geographically and culturally diverse team
- Mentoring junior developers and translating requirements from business partners
- Experience with XML processing and transformations (XPath, XSLT, etc.)
- Other experience: Tomcat, Hibernate/JPA, UML, React,.NET
- Cloud technology experience(e.g. AWS, Azure), or Docker
