Rma Analyst

The RMA analyst is often tasked with organizing returns and keeping accurate, detailed records. They need to look over return data and make sure that they are accurate; this data may be presented to other parties within the company to help improve product efficiency. RMA analysts sometimes hold a leadership position that requires training in other areas on the RMA process. Additionally in some cases the RMA analyst follows up with customers to help pinpoint trends.

This position reports to Quality Manager and indirect to Plant Controller and Share Service Center Manager.

**Functions**
- Access to the BMW portal.
- Identify and track all the Charge backs in their portal.
- Prepare RMA reports, analyze data and report trends for Quality Team to dispute as it need it.
- Implement the RMA’s Std process in PLEX as we have in the other plants.

Effectively communication and work with BMW & Motus Quality Team

- Accounting, Teamwork, Confidential, Problem Solving, ERP Knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Accountant or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of experience in Automotive companies.
- English B2-C1
