**Job Description**:

- Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity
- Self-motivated and able to manage own work-load to achieve targets set by self or others
- Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written)
- High level of personal integrity and performance ethic
- Prepare and execute indirect contract negotiations in alignment with single facility needs
- Drive the quotation processes, define evaluation criteria, identify and select suppliers
- Manage contract information to ensure that portfolio has consistent information and renewals or termination due date are under control
- Preparation of RFQs, offer analysis, negotiations of prices and commercial conditions with suppliers with all documentation needed according to Purchasing Policy
- Delivering and regular reporting of savings
- Manage the sourcing and procurement scope of indirect commodities related to operations sub-contracting, engineering services, consumables, transportation and logistics, temporary labor services, travel, manufacturing works, capital equipment, Maintenance, Repair, Operations (MRO), construction, site services, Vendor Manager Inventories for consumable used in manufacturing operations
- Maintain a working knowledge of all the Company's safety procedures.
- As needed, recommend changes in Company policy that would improve day to day operations while providing cost savings
- Conduct benchmarking and overall market assessment to support the development of the procurement strategy, aligned with customer’s requirements in compliance with procurement strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 (+) years Purchasing experience
- College or technical degree required.
- Fluently in Spanish and English.
- Ability to communicate ideas through understandable written and verbal presentations to all levels of personnel.
- Basic understanding of the impact of Indirect/Maintenance, Repair, Operations (MRO) procurement to the manufacturing environment and functions.
- SAP experience or knowledge is required.
- Must be able to interact well with others.
- Must present a professional manner and appearance.
- Must maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Must be conscientious.
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate.
- Must possess and maintain a willingness to assist in all areas of the Company.
