**What you will do**:

- As a Project Manager, you drive the product development of sleep products (mattresses, beds, and têxtile accessories) from the ideation process to the approval of the final specifications.
- You will develop the products to push the boundaries of what is possible for superior sleep.
- You coordinate the product development in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders and suppliers all over the world.
- You define the product specifications (incl. target costing) and co-innovate together with partners from all around the world the products of the future through different iterations.
- You monitor and report on all aspects of the projects including progress, project profitability, and risks.
- You coach, mentor and supervise younger team members on different projects.
- You make sure to meet the deadline while keeping the costs on track.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You have studied Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management and have gathered first experience as a Product Manager/Project Manager
- Passion about driving the future of sleep
- Proven ability to work cross-team and to manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- First experience in product cost engineering will be a plus
- An international background that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives
- Agile project management certifications from institutes like PMI will be a plus
- You are fluent in English; German will be a plus
