Pcm Structures

Civil Engineering or Architecture (Degree and Professional Certification required),

Preferably with a Master's Degree in Project Management or related field.

Experience in similar positions performing activities in areas such as the following:

- Construction of Industrial Warehouses, Hospitality, Shopping Centers or related.
- Construction of Civil Works.
- Effective communication with clients and suppliers.
- Knowledge and notions of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and special installations.
- Supervision of administrative and financial processes.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes involving industrial buildings and office buildings.
- Knowledge of administration and project management.
- Knowledge of security operating systems.
- Knowledge in handling unionized personnel.
- Ability to lead work teams and monitor their efficiency.
- Proficiency in the use of computer equipment and software, MSOFFICE, Autocad.
- Ability to manage a multi-project environment and rapid changes in priorities and sourcing.
- Knowledge of construction standards and current regulations.
- Intermediate to advanced English

- Responsible for the daily management of construction suppliers, builders, structural, electrical, mechanical.
- Follow-up of compliance with Safety, Delivery, Cost and Quality variables.
- Elaboration of Requisitions, Scope of Work and negotiations with the different specialties.
- Management of personnel in charge and administration of scopes and advances of designers, cadists, technicians.
- Generate catalog of concepts and / or review the proper preparation.
- Handling of unit pricing software.
- Elaborate proposal presentations, work progress and root cause analysis.
- Handling and deep knowledge in specialties such as: roofing, drainage, construction, roads, finishing, etc.
