The Business Analytics Int Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gathers operational data from various cross functional stakeholders to examine past business performance.
- Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
- Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to operational policies.
- May be involved in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis.
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
- Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Advanced process management skills, organized and detail oriented
- Curious about learning and developing new skillsets
- Positive outlook with a can-do mindset
- Bachelor Degree and/or Engineering
- Experience using data and analytics tools
- Storytelling with data for all organization levels
- Desireable knowledge of Adobe Suite components (Analytics, Target, Audience)

**Education**:

- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

**Operación de Target para el Ecosistema de Ventas**

Configurar, implementar y gestionar las pruebas de A/B testing para evaluación de campañas, colaborando con los equipos de negocio y desarrollo

Configurar, implementar y gestionar las actividades de personalización y optimización en Adobe Target, colaborando con los equipos de negocio y desarrollo

Definir, crear y dar seguimiento a resultados de experiências A/B y personalizadas

Análisis para definir objetivos, segmentos de audiencias y métricas para las diferentes iniciativas con Adobe Target

Mantenerse actualizado sobre las mejores prácticas y nuevas características al usar Adobe Target para impulsar la innovación en la personalización de experiências

Identificar oportunidades que mejoren los controles bajos lo que opera el proceso y llevarlas a cabo

Llevar el control de los requerimientos a ejecutar dentro de Target, priorizando según las necesidades del negocio

Trabajar en equipo con el resto de los componentes del proceso para la gestión de experiências personalizadas (Modelado, Envío de datos, Audience Manager, front APP y BancaNET)

**Operación de Adobe Analytics**

Supervisar la elaboración de las guías de etiquetado, asegurando su completez y apego a los procesos diseñados por UX

Asegurar que las nuevas funcionalidades sean etiquetadas (taggeadas) según las definiciones en las guías

Definir en conjunto con los Producto Owner los KPIs que se utilizaran para cada funcionalidad

Realizar informes de las nuevas funcionalidades en los canales para su comportamiento y efectividad

Crear informes personalizados y paneles de control (incluyendo alertas) que reflejen las métricas de rendimiento

Proponer e implementar soluciones para las oportunidades identificadas dentro del análisis de datos

Colaboración con otros equipos de data para el desarrollo de reportes en conjunto, así como participación en proyectos para aprovechar datos de diferentes áreas de manera conjunta
