Reports to: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Do you want to participate in LATAM Finance Analysis? We have an open role with international stakeholders in the Financial dept in our Shared Services Center

Ingredion is hiring a Financial Analyst; this role will perform financial analysis and prepare the periodic financial reporting packets/presentations to support the Latin America business planning and decision-making processes that ensure profitability and sustainability of the Latin America business.

Core Responsibilities:

- Responsible for analyzing the current and forecast results for LATAM, assisting management in the preparation, review, and analysis of annual and periodic budgets.
- Prepare and provide financial information for internal and external audits, ensuring that the information is accurate and timely.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of accounts in a timely manner to ensure that they comply with internal control policies.
- Provide advice related to daily entries as necessary ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Perform the analysis of accounts and other projects as requested by internal clients and the Manager.
- Interact with and support team members, participate in problem solving and team activities.
- Work on special projects required by the business units.
- Clearly identify internal customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction both in the SCC and in the business units.
- Have been involved in the preparation of budgets and administrative expenses and in general in previous experiences.
- Reporting and database skills and tools: PowerBI and/or Power Pivot and Power Query is a must
- Experience in finance in fast-paced work environments.
- Ability to analyze financial results, financial and strategic impacts for making business decisions
- Ability to identify problems, develop solutions and take advantage of opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Intermediate English
