Somos una empresa de tecnología con sede en Guadalajara y nuestro enfoque está en desarrollar productos innovadores que marquen la diferencia. Nuestro producto estrella, CondoVive, es una plataforma de gestión inmobiliaria utilizada por más de 200,000 personas en múltiples países. Consta de tres aplicaciones móviles (para dispositivos móviles y tabletas) y tres aplicaciones web diseñadas para simplificar la vida de quienes administran, trabajan y viven en edificios residenciales.

**Formación**
- Marketing, negocios, diseño o tener experiência equivalente demostrable (empleos, cursos, etc )

**Responsabilidades**
- Desarrollar estrategias y gestionar plataformas de marketing digital.
- Liderar la estrategia para los canales de ventas directas al consumidor (B2B).
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento optimizando nuestra presencia digital.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing digital por ejemplo; campañas de correo, anuncios en redes sociales, publicidad en plataformas de búsqueda y otros canales digitales.
- Implementar estrategias para diferentes etapas del embudo de adquisición de clientes.
- Crear y gestionar presupuestos para las campañas de marketing digital y comercio electrónico.
- Gestionar y optimizar nuestras plataformas de comercio electrónico buscando una presentación adecuada de nuestro producto y servicio.
- Aumentar el tráfico y ventas a través del desarrollo y ejecución de campañas promocionales.
- Analizar e informar sobre métricas de rendimiento, incluidos los KPI del sitio web y las ventas.
- Utilizar datos para optimizar estrategias, experimentación y tácticas.
- Mejorar la conversión y la retención a través de la optimización de la lista SEO/SEM, la optimización de contenido y la gestión de reseñas.
- Colaborar con socios externos, incluidas agencias y clientes, para mejorar el conocimiento de la marca y la participación del cliente.
- Mantenerse actualizado con tendencias de la industria y adaptar las estrategias de marketing digital.
- Monitoreo y desarrollo de estrategias para mejorar métricas de negocio SaaS: LTV, Churn Rate, CAC.

**Experiência**
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência comprobable en un puesto similar.

**Conocimientos y habilidades**
- Experiência demostrada en estrategias de crecimiento digital y marketing en línea.
- Conocimiento sólido de SEO, publicidad en línea y análisis de datos.
- Capacidad y habilidades para entender los contextos y perfiles de nuestros usuarios.
- Marketing y publicidad digital
- Análisis de datos para la correcta toma de decisiones
- Tener un conocimiento profundo del comportamiento y las preferencias del consumidor en línea.
- Familiaridad con las últimas tendencias y herramientas tecnológicas en marketing y comercio electrónico.
- Conocimiento en investigación de mercado para evaluar oportunidades de mercado y competencia.
- Entender los principios de diseño de experiência del usuario y la interfaz de usuario para mejorar la usabilidad de los productos digitales.
- Experiência en la gestión y mejora de tiendas en línea, optimización de la experiência del usuario (UX) y pruebas A/B.
- Familiaridad con la publicidad en redes sociales
- Experiência usando plataformas de AB Testing (Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc)
- Experiência usando sistemas de product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc)
- Experiência Landing Pages
- Experiência CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
