Now we are looking for this position:
**Responsibilities**:
**Finance Analyst**

**Main Purpose**
- MBS (Mexico Business Services) Finance Analyst is responsible for managing MBS People Cost. This includes aligning HC (Head Count) transitions with Sector / Transition Specialists and record any variation vs. Plan. Managing MBS People Cost quarterly forecast and providing monthly analysis with Actuals vs Plan / Fcst are essential duties of this role. Also, this role is responsible for monthly presentations and support FP&A agenda._
- In addition, this role is responsible to support control process (billing) with explanations, identifying risks and opportunities._

**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**
- _
Manage MBS (Mexico Business Services) Service Labor HC (Head Count) Tracker by aligning HC transitions to MBS with Sector and Design Leads, ensuring HC is properly allocated to their cost centers; _
- _Responsible for monthly HC Reporting and HC incidences and drivers (attrition, open positions). Supports the development of a HC dashboard_
- _ Owns and communicates MBS People Cost budget ($64MM for 2023). Analyses actual results at month end close and explains variances vs. AOP / Forecast_
- _ Understand the payroll accounts and labor cost to provide full insights on trend and changes._
- _ Coordinates with HR and other stakeholders special transition requirements (e.g. HC temporarily based in other locations) _
- _Responsible for FP&A monthly presentations. Provides Tower Leads information on used and remaining budget_
- _ Supports Budget Management to create quarterly forecasts and AOP activities._
- _ Month-end close activities including posting accruals, reclass expenses._
- _ Be fully conversant with new MBS transitions and initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters relating to MBS and potential impact to People Cost providing recommendations to MBS Finance Team_

Qualifications:

- Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Computer literate MS Office Advanced (Excel intermediate) - MUST.
- Language: English intermediate (advance is a plus)
