Job Details include:
Help to establish contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow
Supervise the performance of clerical and administrative staff
Help executives arrange their daily schedule, setting up meetings, travel, and speaking engagements, and ensuring they follow their agenda
Receive and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Manage office filing system
Perform office management operations by keeping up with office supply inventory

Executive Assistant requirements are:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Confidentiality and discretion
Outstanding MS Office knowledge and English proficiency
A High School degree; PA diploma or certification will be a bonus
have interests that include: Ecommerce / Analytics, Marketing / Sales, Process management, and organization
be available from 9 AM - 3 PM PST Monday to Thursday, with some work on Fridays (can finish earlier)

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
