Which is the organizational structure?

The Non-Tariff Regulations Coordinator reports directly to our Supply Chain Operational Manager and will collaborate closely with Marketing and Supply teams, also with Michelin partners around the world. It is an individual contribution type of role with no people in charge and its scope is Mexico, Central America and Caribbean, it is the only person who oversees the NOM certifications processes at Michelin.

Which is your mission?

Its mission is to assure that all tires that are imported and sold throughout Mexico have the proper NOM certification on time and in coordination with marketing and sales teams based on the defined portfolio of products. Guarantee the correct technical information of the finished tire product specifications.

How will a daily routine look like?
- Maintain an efficient process to guarantee all products in portfolio have NOM certificate on time (animation, follow-up, releasing of industrialization tires). New tires, non-finished products, and renewals. Maintain certificates information available for customers’ requirements.
- Conforming finished and non-finished product specifications on-time to identify the certificate requirements.
- Exact technical information in CROW and AS400 to guarantee imports and deliveries of products to customers.
- Capitalize knowledge and best practices.

What do you need to successfully contribute to our purpose?
- Professional Background in an Engineering or Business discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Imports role with solid knowledge about NOM certifications, highly desirable NOM-086.
- English business proficiency
- User level of Excel, AS400, CROW, Salesforce, highly desirable.

- Achievement Orientation: Focusing efforts on achieving high quality results consistent with the organization’s standards.
