**Objetivo**:
Buscamos un líder técnico altamente motivado y experimentado para liderar un equipo de desarrollo en proyectos de vanguardia. Como líder técnico, serás responsable de tomar decisiones tecnológicas clave, diseñar y liderar la arquitectura de nuestros sistemas y guiar a los desarrolladores para garantizar la entrega de soluciones de alta calidad. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo, donde las tecnologías emergentes y los desafíos técnicos serán una parte importante de tu trabajo diario.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Liderar y gestionar equipos de desarrollo técnico en la planificación, diseño, desarrollo e implementación de aplicaciones y servicios.
- Desarrollar y mantener arquitecturas escalables y robustas utilizando AWS, Node.js y React.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para definir los requisitos técnicos y garantizar la alineación con los objetivos comerciales.
- Implementar y promover las mejores prácticas de desarrollo de software, incluida la integración continua y la entrega continua (CI/CD).
- Actuar como mentor y guía para los miembros del equipo, fomentando el crecimiento profesional y la mejora continua.
- Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos, brindando soluciones efectivas y eficientes.
- Asegúrese de la calidad del código mediante revisiones y pruebas exhaustivas.
**Requisitos**
- Título en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software o un campo relacionado.
- Experiência comprobada como líder técnico o en un puesto similar.
- Experiência avanzada con AWS, incluidos servicios como EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS y más.
- Sólido conocimiento de Node.js y experiência en el desarrollo de aplicaciones backend.
- Experiência en el desarrollo de interfaces de usuario con React.
- Sólida comprensión de la arquitectura de microservicios y el desarrollo basado en la nube.
- Excepcionales habilidades para la resolución de problemas y la toma de decisiones.
