La función principal del Especialista en Almacén es gestionar todas las actividades relacionadas con el almacén y sus recursos, garantizar el cumplimiento comercial y brindar soporte bajo demanda al equipo del almacén. Asegúrese de que se cumplan las métricas del almacén, como el recuento de ciclos, la precisión del inventario y el análisis de la causa raíz de las discrepancias.

**Qué harás**:

- Responsable de todas las actividades relacionadas con el envío y la gestión de almacenes.
- Responsable de todos los recuentos de ciclos de materiales y transacciones de almacenamiento.
- Coordinación de envíos incluyendo trámites.
- Coordinación de selecciones de piezas/productos para envíos garantizando la precisión de la identificación y la cantidad.
- Coordinación/Liderazgo de equipos de almacén (Coordinadores de Materiales, Manipuladores de Materiales, Transportistas, Receptores, etc)
- Auditar registros de inventario transaccionales
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz de las discrepancias en el inventario.
- Coordinación e implementación de todas las actividades relacionadas con el cumplimiento de los requisitos de EHS: procedimientos, seguimiento de inquietudes, capacitación, mejora continua, gestión visual.
- Comunicar/notificar al personal apropiado sobre discrepancias en envío/inventario.
- Asegurar los objetivos de almacenamiento/inventario.
- Asegure el envío a tiempo y la alta calidad del envío.
- Importación/Exportación incluyendo trámites necesarios.
- Cumplir con las regulaciones y políticas de EHS y Sistema de Calidad.
- Realizar otras tareas y/o proyectos especiales que se le asignen.

**Qué debes tener**:

- Bachillerato concluido con experiência en almacén o carrera técnica Industrial, Logística o afín
- 1 a 2 años de experiência en coordinación y gestión de almacén
- Fuerte experiência coordinando equipos
- Habilidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos multidisciplinarios
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado

**Qué sería bueno si tuvieras**:

- Ingeniería Industrial, Bioquímico, Logística o afín
- Más de 2 años de experiência en coordinación y gestión de almacén
