Experiência y requisitos
- Minimum of 10 years work experience as Accounting Manager or Controller - Experience in a Manufacturing environment - Supervisory experience - Must have experience performing financial analysis - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (and Microsoft Access would be helpful but not required) - Working knowledge of MS-Office products, Windows XP, Vista, Windows XP Operating System Skills in: - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections - Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management. - Leadership Skills: Able to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly. - Skill in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. - Excellent communication (oral & written) - Possess ability to work through issues and bring projects to completion - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast paced environment
