Sr. Application Engineer
As Sr. Application Engineer you will provide company product support and technical assistance to sales team, distribution network, and final customers acting as a Donaldson technical representative defining the filtration solution utilizing Industrial Ventilation recommendations, by seeking customer satisfaction, and taking care of business profitability simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Territory Manager / Sales Reps to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze the technical data inputs given by the customers to propose the technology/product to develop the filtration solution.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop recommendations to resolve the dust/mist/smoke contamination in the Customer process.
- Carry out regular visits to our customer to evaluate possible solutions to dust/mist/smoke contamination.
- Conducts seminars and training for customer, distribution network and potential customer and partners.
Your Experience for the job:
- Willingness to travel.
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written English Language
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Teamwork
- Customer oriented
- Commitment to create an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineer or any other related engineering discipline or equivalent experience
You will be joining a high-performance Engineering Team and reporting to the regional Engineering Manager
