Como** Supervisor de Manufactura **serás responsable de asegurar que las áreas de producción cuenten con los elementos necesarios (métodos, equipos, herramientas, insumos, materiales y recursos humanos) para la eficiente ejecución del plan de producción en términos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Administrar de manera eficaz y segura estos recursos

**TUS TAREAS SERAN**:

- Administración de personal operativo y de los materiales y equipos a su cargo, asegurar su correcta utilización.
- Asegurar la ejecución exacta del plan de producción
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo sano y motivado.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos y de los estándares de calidad.
- Cumplir y mejorar las metas de los KPIs asignados a su función.
- Solución de problemas operativos y laborales.
- Asegurar el seguimiento y solución adecuado de los problemas fuera de control o de impacto a los resultados de la operación.
- Promover y ejecutar las estrategias de engagement con el personal a su cargo
- Seguir Disciplinas operativas
- Enfoque en el control del ausentismo y rotación de personal
- Mantener un entorno laboral mejor organizado, más ordenado y limpio, a través de la aplicación de 5's.,

**PARA TENER ÉXITO EN ESTA POSICION, NECESITARÁS**:

- Grado universitario a nível licenciatura/ingeniería
- 3 años o más de experiência como supervisor de manufactura en la industria maquiladora arnesera, eléctrico o electrónica.
- Manejo de personal, Plan de Producción, Sistemas de Calidad y 5SHabilidades en solución de problemas, manejo de conflictos y excelentes habilidades de comunicación, conocimiento de sistemas de manufactura, Habilidades de comunicación, Solución de problemas, manejo de conflictos
