**Supply Chain Manager**:
**Job Location: Reynosa**:
This role is based out of our factory in Reynosa, Mexico.

**Want to make an impact?**:
The Supply Chain Manager ensures that the materials needed for production are on time and in order, coordinating suppliers, warehouse, transportation, with the master production plan. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for maintaining mínimal inventory in the warehouse and adhering to compliance with local regulations.

- Manage the transfer of materials from supplier to customer, managing the entire process, including inventory
- Ensure on-time delivery by managing transportation and distribution
- Negotiate conditions with suppliers
- Improve supply chain processes and efficiencies

**Skills that will make you successful**:

- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Knowledge of import-export regulations
- Negotiation skills
- Leadership abilities

**Experiences that will support your success**:

- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 years leadership experience in Supply Chain field
- Experience working in the food industry preferred
- SAP Software Experience
- Extensive knowledge of CTPAT and OEA
- Experience managing quality systems
