**Tactical Network Design Manager**

**Main Purpose**
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the timelines committed to the OUs in LatAm in the processes of the Tactical Network Design team. Must ensure that your team be seen as a reference point for network design analysis that support tactical decisions to minimice cost to serve, find productivity and support LatAm Strategic Network Design with proper models and data to take long term decisions for the benefit of the company. Finally, must maintain excellent relationships with the managers, directors and vice presidents of all the areas with which have interaction during the development of your team's processes.

**Accountabilities**
- Guarantee adherence of baseline models and scenarios in Supply Chain Guru for the OUs across LatAm Sector
- Lead the Tactical Network Design modeling team in the differente processes steps
- Lead the Tactical Network Design data team in the differente processes steps
- Guarantee accomplishment of timelines for Tactical Network Design Team
- Manage work under pressure during AOP, Tactical Network and productivity processes
- Be the point of contact with the operations and productivity teams in LatAm Sector for network design analysis
- Responsible for generating credibility in the Tactical Network Design team by OUs across LatAm Sector
- Guarantee proper hardware and software for tactical network design team
- Guarantee proper training and updates about Supply Chain Guru, Data Guru, others softwares and soft skills

Qualifications:
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Fluent English is a must
- 5-6 years of experience in Distribution and Distribution Networks (from Distribution requirements planning, network modeling functions,etc)
- Experience with: Transporation Guru, Coupa Supply Chain Guru is a must.
- Operational research (Administration, Foreign Trade) is a must.
- Experience in modeling in general (demand, production, etc) is a plus.
