Descripción: El inspector de calidad reporta directamente al Ingeniero de Calidad y tiene la responsabilidad de ejecutar y documentar las Auditorias de Producto Final, dar retro alimentación al personal de offline para ejecutar las actividades diarias, dar retro alimentación a las áreas de producción sobre las discrepancias encontradas en producto final y dar soporte al técnico de Calidad para seguimiento a los defectos que se encuentren en la Auditoria de Producto Final. Responsabilidades: 1. Ejecutar y documentar Auditorias de Producto Final (FPQA). 2. Ejecutar y documentar auditorias de proceso de acuerdo con los procesos de manufactura establecidos 3. Identificar discrepancias en el producto final basado en los criterios de calidad actuales (QAC). 4. Comunicar y dar seguimiento a discrepancias con las áreas de producción que los generan según lo indicado en las instrucciones de trabajo actuales. 5. Dar actividades puntuales al personal de offline para corregir las discrepancias encontradas en producto final y asegurar la entrega de producto a embarques. 6. Ser el canal de comunicación entre Lideres de Equipo y Técnico de Calidad respecto a temas de Calidad encontrados en producto final. 7. Realizar auditorías PVA a nuevos modelos de tijeras en proceso de producción cuando aplique. Autoridades: - Se tiene la autoridad para reportar y/o detener cualquier actividad que se identifique que pueda poner el riesgo la integridad de cualquier persona que se encuentre dentro de planta sea un colaborador, contratista o prestador de servicios y/o instalaciones. - Se tiene la autoridad de toma de decisiones de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos y criterios de calidad actuales. - El Inspector de Calidad tiene la autoridad de dar retro alimentación al personal que no cumpla con los requerimientos establecidos por el cliente en el proceso y/o producto. Calificaciones básicas y deseables: Educación: - Preparatoria terminada o carrera técnica. Experiência requerida: Page 2 SPQ/FORMS - 2 año de experiência mínimo en procesos de producción. - Conocimiento deseable en procesos de Ensamble. - Conocimiento e Interpretación de Instrucciones de Trabajo. - Lectura e Interpretación de Work Orders. - Interpretación de criterios de calidad (QAC) - Generación de Reportes en computador
