**ENSENADA**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Inspector/**QA Specialist** to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our factory-built homes meet and exceed all applicable building codes, customer expectations, and internal quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- **Inspections**: Conduct thorough inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify and address potential issues.
- **Code Compliance**: Ensure all homes are constructed in accordance with International Building Codes (IBC) and industry and company standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Develop and refine quality assurance processes and protocols to enhance production efficiency and reduce errors.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, compliance audits, and quality checks. Prepare detailed reports to document findings and corrective actions.
- **Training**: Train production staff on quality standards, code requirements, and best practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production managers, engineers, and architects toresolve construction issues and implement quality improvements.

Experiência y requisitos

**Qualifications**
- **Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture,

Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a building inspector, onsite architect, or similar role in residential

construction.
- **Code Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of International Building Codes (IBC) and construction

practices and local building standards.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and construction inspection processes.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional observational skills to identify potential issues and maintain high-quality standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and document findings clearly.
