Room Controller
Objetivo:
Diseñar y controlar la logística de asignación y distribución de habitaciones, considerando los pronósticos de ocupación
Con la finalidad de alcanzar los níveles de ocupación deseados, reducir o eliminar la sobre venta de habitaciones, así como autorizar los cambios solicitados por los huéspedes para su máxima satisfacción.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Administración, Turismo o afín
- Idioma: inglés nível avanzado (80%)
Experiência:
- 2 años en puesto similar
Habilidades Técnicas:
- Operación hotelera
- Estándares de servicio
- Uso de sistema Opera
Competencias:
- Orientación a la acción y resultados
- Sinergia y Trabajo Colaborativo
- Comunicación Efectiva
- Orientación al servicio
