**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Ecomm Manager is a member of the Consumer Engagement & Data team responsible for leading the development, implementation and evolution of the DTC strategy for PMF.

**Your Impact**

**As E-Commerce Manager, **your scope would consist of **
- Responsible of the DTC vision and strategy
- Leads the implementation of the DTC strategy
- Identifies opportunities for growth and improvement
- Drives innovation
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure the execution of the strategy
- Responsible for channel growth
- Responsible for channel P&L and budget
- Lead relationships with key external suppliers and partners.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

Skilled manager with strong experience in e-commerce and direct to consumer models (DTC for CPG is a plus but not required).Ability to coach multiple cross-functional teams on scrum framework compliance.

Professional:

- Marketing roles experience as Ecomm Manager
- Previous experience in digital commerce and eCommerce (DTC is a must)
- Strong PM experience
- Business know-how

- Digital Media & Analytics background

- Capable to lead cross-functional teams to common objectives

Educational:

- Professional / Bachelor in Marketing, Business or or related.
- English and Spanish fluent professional.
- Experience in working on an Agile Methodology is a plus
