**Key responsabilities**:

- Responsible for providing hospitality services and support to visitor. First contact (trough a tool) with employeey for issues and queries resolution. Also front-desk reception management.
- Relation management with mobility
- Seat reservation management nd monitoring ( Meeting rooms also) for visitor
- Responsible for providing effectivelogistics services during day to day operations and special events.
- Also responsible for internal and external courier services
- Events and meetings support
- Responsible for providing the best experience a user can have in our offices. Ensuring safety and providing support on every meeting and training.
- Employee lifecycle (new hires/separations)
