**Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:
**Job Function**

**Duties
Negotiation
- Work with Order Manager to confirm delivery date from ICO plants. Negotiate favorable price, delivery, terms, and shipping with vendors.Procurement
- Purchase assigned intercompany supplies for KOB3 orders.
- Process all vendor returns in an efficient and timely fashion.
- Work with plants to ensure proper delivery performance. Work with plants to get all order documentation (drawings, procedures, certificates, etc.)Communication
- Work with order entry team to ensure purchasing on time. Work with accounts payable to resolve any invoice disputes.**Professional Degree Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Logistics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of math and analytical skills
- Good negotiation skills English 80% required

**Experience Requirements**:

- 2 + years’ experience with processes and systems for purchasing, materials, inventory, stockroom, warehouse preferably within automotive industry
- Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor relationships
- Use and interpret data to determine purchasing needs and perform inventory management tasks.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Power Point, Plex and other business software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with team members, leadership and vendors.
- Strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under mínimal supervision
