**EXPERIENCED Inside Sales Agent, Cold Caller, Phone Sales Agent**

**Offer Deal is seeking Inside Sales Agents, Phone Sales Agents who are proven sales professional.**

**Our Inside Sales Agent works in a fast-paced sales environment as part of our Sales Team. Our Inside Sales Agent interacts with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors.**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- **Develop and execute a calling strategy to target sellers.**:

- **Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals.**

**REQUIREMENTS YOU NEED**:

- **1+ year of inside sales experience, cold calling experience and/or prior sales experience (real estate experience is a plus)**:

- **1+ year of effective, polished communication skills on the phone)**:

- **Coachable and eager to learn.**:

- **Outstanding communication skills**:

- **Inspired by the opportunity to earn income based on performance.**:

- **A structured mindset focused on setting goals and exceeding expectations.**:

- **Experience in a high-contact, short sales cycle environment.**

**To excel in this role, you'll need**:

- **Follow work schedule of - Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM EST**:

- **A reliable laptop/desktop with a powerful 4 GB RAM and i3 processor**:

- **A stable internet connection (minimum 20 MBPS) to stay connected.**:

- **A reliable backup internet source (pocket Wi-Fi) to overcome any connectivity hurdles.**:

- **A USB noise-canceling headset to immerse yourself in successful conversations.**

**Compensation package**:
**$16,329.98 Monthly salary + Additional weekly commissions**
