**Job Description**:

- Ensure accomplishment of preventive maintenance tasks and applicable TPM activities including first hand support solving failures.
- Coordinate and manage installation and operation of HVAC, cooling water, compressed air systems, structured wiring systems.
- Coordinate and manage installation and operation of electrical distribution in high, medium and low tension, including associated sub systems such as electrical cabinets, selectors, switches, electrical ducts, trays, etc.
- Coordinate and manage the installation, operation and maintenance of electrical substations (Main and secondary)
- Coordinate and manage the physical grounds and lightning rod, arc flash, electrical shock studies and derivations in in high, medium and low tension
- Coordination and administration of the implementation and operation of the Energy management system (EMS) based on ISO 50001).
- Coordination of the technical team including activities and follow up team performance
- Knowledge and execution of the emergency protocol

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering with specialization in:
Electricity

Mechanics and Electricity

Mechanics
- Knowledge and experience in electricity, Hydraulic, HVAC, cooling, compressed air systems, structured wiring, TPM, Energy management, electrical substation maintenance, general building maintenance
- Office, Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in leading other people
- English: Advanced (B2)

Job experience: +5 years of experience
