We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Global TM Ops Process Specialist**

**Role Purpose**

To be the Subject Matter Expert in Transaction Monitoring and a Key Point of contact for respective Regions, LoBs and GSCs for all process, procedural and governance activities undertaken within Global Transaction Monitoring Operations

**Impact on the Business**
- Custodian for TM Ops Global Procedures.
- Managing all LoB change request, driving for approvals and implementation.
- Deviations & Variations for the respective region to be managed in the Change Control Forum.
- Manages change and implementation effectively and sympathetically within the business to ensure the change lands well and sticks, contributing to benefits realization.

Requirements

**Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certifications in Financial Crime Risk preferred but not essential.
- Experience / understanding of financial crime risks preferably gained within HSBC.
- FCR Operations exposure preferred.
- Have proficient language skills and a keen eye for detail with experience in content development and content review is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives.
- Strong verbal communication and business communication skills.
- Proven record in building and maintaining business relationships and a strong customer service drive.
- Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Proven process management, improvement and service management skills.
- Proven ability to analyze situations and solve operational problems.
- Track record of positive interactions with Senior Executives across the business.
- Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely in the language of the business.
- Relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills.
- Proactive and possess the ability to work independently with some supervision from manager.

**Additional Information**
- All applicants must have successfully completed their probation period.
- Employees must meet performance and behavioral standards as defined in the policy.
- All L6 applicants should have served at least 24 months and should have successfully completed respective learning curve tenure, in their current role as on closing date.
- All L5 applicants should have served at least 12 months and should have successfully completed respective learning curve tenure, in their current role as on closing date.
