Misión:
Responsable de la definición de los flujos de trabajo entre las áreas de Revenue Operations. Supervisión de la coordinación, priorización y ejecución de trabajos y proyectos pendientes. Liderar la comunicación con los equipos de Revenue Management, da respuesta a sugerencias, dudas y peticiones. Selección, contratación y coordinación de la implementación de herramientas externas.

Funciones:

- Definir los flujos de trabajo entre las áreas de Revenue Operations.
- Supervisar la coordinación, priorizacion y ejecución de trabajos pendientes.
- Liderar la comunicación con los equipos de Revenue Management, dar respuesta a sugerenicas, dudas y peticiones.
- Supervisar la coordinación dentro de los áreas de Revenue Operations
- Toma de necesidades del área de Revenue Management, análisis y desarrollo de mapa de ruta.
- Comunicar y Alinear (Area de Revenue Management y Revenue Operations).
- Desarrollar las nuevas funcionalidades en CRS y PMS.
- Herramientas:

- Comparación del Pricing.
- Destination Demand.
- Upselling.
- Project Management con otros departamentos externos e internos.
- Comunicar y Alinear con otras áreas (IT, Digital, Marketing, Admin).

**Requisitos**:
Experiência de 5-7 años de experiência en Revenue Management y en posiciones de liderazgo

Educación: Titulación o equivalente en estudios empresariales o de gestión hotelera. Especialización en Revenue.

Inglés Avanzado

Posibilidad de radicar en **Los Cabos**

Conocimiento sólido de las estrategias, procesos y herramientas necesarias para maximizar los ingresos y rentabilidad de una empresa. - Conocimiento avanzado de las herramientas de Revenue Management, como, por ejemplo, sistemas de reservas, sistemas de distribución global (GDS), herramientas de análisis de datos, entre otros. - Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas con los clientes y otros stakeholders en el negocio. - Visión estratégica del negocio, para poder tomar decisiones informadas y creativas que maximicen los ingresos y rentabilidad de la empresa.
