QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Description:
Ensure all the company's products consistently meet and exceed the customers' expectations through the implementation of quality programs/ systems that facilitate productivity, improve processes and guarantees efficacy getting high levels of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 standard, monitor, and advise on the performance of the Quality Management System.
3. Assure consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing best manufacturing practices/ systems, that facilitate productivity, improve processes, and guarantees efficacy.
4. Plan, organize and direct quality programs. Champion, support, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
5. Effectively interact with Production and Engineering teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products.
6. Ensure that the product provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations. Coordinate the activities required to meet quality standards.
7. Work with Sourcing staff to establish supplier quality performance criteria, monitor supplier performance, supporting sourcing staff on the execution of on site assessments (OSA) and ensure and perform Production Part Approval Process is observed (PPAP’s).
8. Act as key contact with external customers (Branches) for audits, warranty management and ensure the execution of corrective actions and ongoing compliance with customers' specifications.
9. Support the development and maintenance of a customer-focused culture within the organization.
10. Manage and control the Quality department budget.
**Requirements**:
1. 5 - 10 years minimum experience in quality areas.
2. Management skills, Written and Oral communication skills
4. Experience in quality management systems
5. Experience working with suppliers and distributors (Branches)
6. BS degree in Engineering/Mechanics
7. Master’s degree preferred
8. Willingness to travel when required.
**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
