**Objetivo de la posición**
- Dirigir/orientar/instruir técnicamente a los empleados operativos de un área específica en coordinación con el responsable disciplinario a fin de verificar la ejecución de las actividades programadas asi como facilitar los insumos, equipos, instrumentos y herramientas de trabajo para el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos para preservar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y mantenibilidad de la infraestructura para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes internos y externos.

**Actividades principales**
1. Instrucción/orientación técnica a los empleados

2. Actuar como persona de contacto para los empleados operativos y las interfaces pertinentes.
3. Coordinar a los empleados (por ejemplo, planificación del despliegue de personal, etc.) y los despliegues de máquinas
4. Apoyar al responsable disciplinario en la planificación de turnos y personal asi como en la realización de las tareas de mantenimiento y reparación de alta dificultad en equipos técnicos (por ejemplo, accesorios, maquinaria, instrumentos, etc.)
5. Realizar el traspaso de turnos y mantener el libro de registro de turnos, si es necesario.

**Requisitos necesarios**
- Formación profesional: Certificado de Preparatoria Bachillerato
- Educación: Mantenimiento Eléctrico/ Mantenimiento industrial / Mantenimiento Mecánico
- Idioma: Español
- Experiência en: Manejo y operación de equipos y Sistemas de construcción y plomería, Mantenimiento y operación a sistemas mecánicos y HVAC, Instalaciones eléctricas, neumáticas e hidráulicas, Manejo de instrumentos de medición.
- Conocimientos técnicos: Norma IATF16949, ISO 14001/ ISO 45001, Integridad del producto, Requisitos específicos de cliente, Herramientas estadísticas (7 herramientas de calidad ), Herramientas para la solución de problemas (8 D's), Análisis de riesgo, Técnicas de Mantenimiento y construcción, Trabajos en alturas, Selección y uso de equipo de protección personal, Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, Manejo de sustancias químicas y disposición de residuos, Seguridad en manejo y operación de instalaciones industriales.
