- Develop HR policies and procedures and support workforce development to assist our organization in establishing and maintaining consistent practices in the workplace and to secure the motivation of the employees and ensure legal compliance.
**Descripción**
- Add value by ensuring that processes and procedures are implemented in line with short/medium and long term goals of Group/BU HR Strategy. The HR Manager acts as expert and guarantor for a consistent, integrated HR management within the site(s) and acts as advisor for leadership, senior management, site management.
The role will support all areas of HR including, employee development, talent review, performance management, assessment & selection, employee relations, compensation & benefits, company culture to ensure optimal employee engagement and retention.
**Responsabilidades principales**
- Adapting & implementing HR Policies, Processes & systems: Implementation on time, consolidation, standardization, quality, efficiency & accuracy.
- Operational capabilities: HR Operational KPIs: Turnover %, absenteism, Cost control, mandatory training hours, recruting ratios, % Agency workers, etc.
- Performance improvement and individual development: Training implementations, Capabilities, T&S Management according the objectives set according to the performance and comptencies standards.
- Labour regulations Compliance: All processes/policies in line with Employment Legislation. Including data protection.
- Conflict Management: Union/Staff Representative Relationships. Ensure no claims are done against the company.
- Management advice
- HR reporting & analytics: Data accuracy. Provide advice to Site management team. ensuring leadership management is under Gurit standards.
- C&B: Ensure internal equity & external competitiveness. Turnover due to Compensation is under control. Salaries are cost-effective
- Employee engagement: Employeer branding implementation, Foster culture and values, keep Satisfaction level at the organisation defined standards.
Key tasks:
- Support of Line Management in the local sites in matters related to HR.
- Cooperate closely with the Site Management
- Ensure cost effective labor; ensure best HR services in administration, legal compliance and all day-to-day HR tasks.
- Report primarily solid line to the Site Management and dotted line to the Head of HR Business Unit
**Competencias y experiência**
- Professional skills:
- Familiar with personnel administration, payroll and basic employee taxation.
- An in-depth understanding of the HR Function, processes, policies & systems.
- An in-depth understanding of the work environment and local employment legislation.
- Decision making and business analysis. Skill for risk analysis and control.
- Operations knowledge (production, Quality, logistics, engineering) from HR perspective.
- English - Spanish bilingual
**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years´ experience on HR management at site level-industrial sector.
- Experience of co-coordinating tender processes for HR services, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with outsource companies.
- Experience of working for a Global / Multinational organization. Desired
- Experience of /Having excellent ability of setting up or significantly developing an HR Function / Department is essential.
