- Descripción de puestoUn ingeniero de calidad es un profesional que entiende los principios de la evaluación y el control de la calidad tanto de procesos como de productos. Su conocimiento y tecnologías aplicadas incluyen, pero no se limitan a, el desarrollo y operación de sistemas de control de calidad, la aplicación y el análisis de procedimientos de prueba e inspección, la capacidad de utilizar métodos metrológicos y estadísticos para diagnosticar y corregir prácticas inadecuadas de control de calidad, una comprensión de la motivación y demás factores humanos relacionados, una facilidad en los conceptos y técnicas de costos de calidad, y los conocimientos y la capacidad para elaborar y administrar sistemas de información de calidad, para auditar sistemas de gestión calidad, y para la identificación y corrección de deficiencias.

Como se describe en este documento, este es un puesto que requiere una comprensión completa y amplia aplicación de principios técnicos, teorías y conceptos de la Ingeniería de Calidad, así como conocimientos generales de otras disciplinas relacionadas.
- Deberes y **Responsabilidades**:
Relacionadas con el Diseño:

- Puede revisar los requerimientos de calidad para la introducción y transferencias de nuevos productos y/o procesos.
- Puede solicitar cambios de ingeniera de productos o procesos y aplicar en su área aquellas tareas relevantes relacionadas con la implementación de cambios de ingeniería aprobados, ya sea temporales o permanentes (e.g., actualización de planes de inspección, planes de control, planes de prueba, instrucciones de trabajo, estándares de fabricación)

Relacionada con los Suplidores:

- Puede crear, actualizar y mantener los Planes de Inspección de Materia Prima
- Supervisa personal técnico y operativo encargado de tareas de inspección y prueba de productos suministrados por suplidores
- Puede recopilar y mantener los registros de inspeccion y prueba de productos suministrados por suplidores
- Puede administrar el programa de reducción reducida (e.g., DTS - dock-to-stock, skip lot, sampling plans)
- Puede administrar el programa de generación de quejas a los suplidores, incluyendo la comunicación inicial y el seguimiento necesario para asegurar que el problema sea contenido, analizado y corregido de forma permanente - Puede apoyar en la revisión y aprobación de solicitudes de cambios o desviaciones por parte de los suplidores
- Puede administrar el proceso de medición de la calidad de los suplidores

Relacionadas con la Manufactura:

- Participa activamente y puede liderar proyectos de mejora continua (e.g., IMPACTS, VAVE, Lean),
- Supervisa personal técnico y operativo encargado de tareas de inspección y prueba de productos y procesos
- Puede recopilar y mantener los registros de inspección y pruebas de productos durante y al final del proceso
- Puede crear, actualizar y mantener documentación que define los métodos y criterios para las operaciones de inspección y prueba
- Puede administrar el proceso de FAI (first-article inspection) en su área de responsabilidad
- Puede administrar el proceso de NCR (non-conforming reports) en su área de responsabilidad, incluyendo la identificación, segregación, evaluación, disposición y acciones inmediatas aplicadas al producto no conformante generado en el proceso
- Puede auditar productos y procesos productivos, incluyendo procesos especiales
- Puede administrar el proceso de medición de la calidad de los productos y procesos bajo su área de responsabilidad (e.g., CoPQ, scrap, FPY, Cpk)
- Puede administrar el programa de Alertas de Calidad
- Diversidad e Inclusión- El individuoEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
- Grado universitario en Ingenieria o al menos 2 años de experiência equivalente demostrada en disciplinas relacionadas
- 2+ años de experiência en ambientes industriales de manufactura - Experiência en actividades de Mejora Continua (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, RCA, 8D)
- Conocimiento de Manejo de Equipos de Trabajo
- Experiência en Metodos y Herramientas Cuantitativas (e.g., SPC, Capacidad de Proceso, Inferencia Estadística, Diseño de Experimientos)
- Conocimiento de Diseño de Productos y Procesos (e.g., APQP, PPAP, CTQ, Dibujos tecnicos y especificaciones, Verificacion / Validacion, Confiabilidad)
- Conocimiento de Control de Productos y Proceses (e.g., Trazabilidad, MRB, muestreo, equipos de medicion, MSA, metrologia, NDT)
- Conocimiento en Sistemas de Gestion de Calidad (e.g., AS9100, IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO9001)
- Conocimiento de Administracion del Riesgo (e.g., SWAT, FMEA, FRACAS) - Conocimiento en programas de aplicación industrial (e.g., ERP, PDM, CRM, EQMS, MiniTab)
