**Job Details**

The Tax analyst will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and filing tax certificates from our customers.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:

- Researching transaction tax issues
- Conduct claim revision and ensure all claims are processed on a timely manner in our system
- Provide customers with all the necessary resources and information to register tax exemption certificates.
- Support our customers (JCI Branches, Dealers, and contractors) through the process of customer tax claims.
- Create and provide tax reports on regular basis to leadership
- Preparing for, and assisting with, transaction tax audits.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other four-year degree with equivalent accounting experience.
- Advanced and fluent English.
- One - five years accounting or transaction tax experience.
- Strong computer technical skills - MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written
- Team-player, customer-centric attitude
