Importante empresa de inversiones en el sector inmobiliario en León solicita:
Project Manager

**Esta persona será la responsable de plantear y salvaguardar la ejecución de los procesos que se llevarán cabo en cada proyecto, coordinará el trabajo del equipo para cumplir con los objetivos y garantizar que los proyectos se entreguen a tiempo y produzcan los resultados deseados.**

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en arquitectura, administración de empresas o Gestión Empresarial.
- Edad de los 28 años en adelante.
- **Experiência mínima de 3 años en puestos similares.**:

- **Disponibilidad para viajar.**:

- Deseable contar con licencia de conducir vigente.
- Buen manejo de Excel.

Funciones:

- Definir la razón por la que el proyecto es necesario, a la vez de su alcance, involucrando a todas las partes que participen en el proyecto.
- Estimar el recurso y tiempo necesario para cada proyecto.
- Asegurarse de que todos los proyectos se entreguen en tiempo, y se respete el presupuesto establecido.
- Desarrollar e implementar el plan de trabajo y procesos de cada proyecto que se llevará a cabo.
- Utilizar técnicas de verificación adecuadas para gestionar los cambios en el alcance, el cronograma y los costos del proyecto.
- Medir el desempeño del proyecto utilizando sistemas, herramientas y técnicas apropiados.
- Dirigir y apoyar al equipo para el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Revisar los posibles riesgos, problemas y cambios que puedan presentarse en los proyectos para a su vez, tener acciones preventivas y salvaguarden el proyecto.
- Monitorear los proyectos para revisar avance.
- Mantener una alta comunicación con las áreas que participen en el proyecto.
- Informar y escalar a la dirección según sea necesario.

Ofrecemos:
**Sueldo fijo de $22,000 mensuales brutos.**

**Prestaciones de ley.**

**Horario de trabajo de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 con una hora de comida, sábados y domingos de descanso (sábados de 9:00 a 14:00 cuando se requiera).**

**En caso de no radicar en León, se revisa apoyo de traslado y 1 mes de renta.**

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $22,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
